- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
Method
Step 1 – Prepare the Wings
Pat the chicken wings dry using kitchen paper.
Place in a large bowl and toss with baking powder, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika until evenly coated.

Preheat oven to 220°C (200°C fan).
