Copper Bazaar Cheese Parcels

Ingredients
- 6 sheets filo pastry
- 200g feta, crumbled
- 80g grated cheese
- 1 roasted onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 50g melted butter
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Method
Step 1
Mix the cheeses, roasted onion, parsley and egg.
Step 2
Cut the filo into strips and brush lightly with butter.
Step 3
Add filling and fold repeatedly into neat triangular parcels.
Step 4
Brush with butter, scatter with sesame and bake at 200°C for 18–20 minutes.

Keep unused filo covered with a damp tea towel while you work.
