- 8 chicken thighs
- 200g smoked bacon lardons
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 onions, diced

- 150ml dry cider
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- 1 tsp dried thyme

Method
Step 1 β Prepare the Chicken
Pat the chicken thighs dry.
Season with salt and pepper.

Brown the chicken thighs on both sides.
