• 25ml blood orange juice
• 15ml ginger syrup
• 10ml dark honey

• 75ml blood orange juice
• 25ml ginger beer
• 15ml ginger syrup
• 10ml dark honey
• Splash of sparkling water
• Ice cubes

Method

1. Fill a rocks glass with fresh ice.
2. Add the rum (or blood orange juice), ginger syrup and honey.
3. Stir until the honey has dissolved.
4. Add the blood orange juice.
5. Top with ginger beer.
6. Stir gently and garnish.
