Adventurer’s Notes
Berserker’s Brew is said to have been created after a northern chieftain demanded a drink “strong enough to make the cold fear me.” Combining oak-aged spirits with sweet apple and warming spice, it’s a drink that rewards slow sipping after a hard-fought battle—or a long day around the barbecue.
Alchemist’s Tip
Lightly char the cinnamon stick with a kitchen blowtorch before placing it into the drink. The gentle smoke adds an incredible aroma that perfectly complements the rum and bourbon.
Optional Magic
Serve in a heavy stone mug or wooden tankard instead of glass. Add one large crystal-clear ice cube stamped with a rune or dragon emblem using a silicone mould for a drink that looks like it belongs in the hands of a legendary warrior.
