Ingredients

Alcoholic Version

• 50ml pear vodka
• 25ml elderflower liqueur
• 20ml cloudy apple juice
• 10ml honey syrup (equal parts honey and hot water)
• Top with chilled Prosecco
• Ice cubes

Alcohol-Free Version

• 60ml pear nectar
• 30ml elderflower cordial
• 20ml cloudy apple juice
• 10ml honey syrup
• Top with chilled sparkling elderflower presse
• Ice cubes

Method

1. Fill a wine glass with fresh ice.
2. Add the pear vodka (or pear nectar), elderflower and apple juice.
3. Stir gently until well chilled.
4. Add the honey syrup.
5. Top with Prosecco or sparkling elderflower presse.
6. Stir once very gently before garnishing.
