Ingredients

Alcoholic Version

• 50ml vodka
• 25ml elderflower liqueur
• 20ml fresh lime juice
• 15ml sugar syrup
• 100ml premium tonic water
• 2 drops natural blue food colouring (optional)
• Ice cubes

Alcohol-Free Version

• 40ml elderflower cordial
• 20ml fresh lime juice
• 100ml premium tonic water
• 50ml sparkling water
• 2 drops natural blue food colouring (optional)
• Ice cubes

Method

1. Fill a large balloon glass with plenty of ice.
2. Add the vodka (or cordial), elderflower and lime juice.
3. Stir gently for 15 seconds.
4. Top with tonic water and sparkling water if using.
5. Add a drop or two of blue colouring if desired and stir once.
6. Garnish before serving.
