Ingredients

Alcoholic Version

• 50ml blackberry gin
• 25ml crème de mûre
• 20ml fresh lemon juice
• 15ml vanilla syrup
• 40ml blackberry juice
• Ice cubes

Alcohol-Free Version

• 80ml blackberry juice
• 20ml blackcurrant cordial
• 20ml fresh lemon juice
• 15ml vanilla syrup
• Splash of sparkling water
• Ice cubes

Method

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add all ingredients except the sparkling water (if using the alcohol-free version).
3. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
4. Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.
5. Top with sparkling water if making the alcohol-free version.
6. Smoke the glass using a culinary smoking cloche or a smouldering rosemary sprig before serving.
