  • 8 good quality pork sausages

Method

Step 1 – Prepare the Batter

In a large bowl whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, and salt until smooth.

Leave to rest for at least 30 minutes.

Step 2 – Cook the Sausages

Preheat the oven to 220Β°C (200Β°C fan).

Place the oil into a large roasting tin.

Add the sausages.

Cook for 15 minutes until beginning to brown.
