- 300g linguine
- 1 tsp salt
For the Sapphire Sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, finely diced

- 400g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 150ml white wine
- 1 tbsp tomato purΓ©e
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- Β½ tsp black pepper
For the Catch
- 250g hake or cod, cut into chunks
- 200g king prawns, peeled
- 150g mussels (optional)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Method
Step 1 β Cook the Linguine
Bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil.
Cook the linguine according to packet instructions.
Reserve a cup of pasta water before draining.
Step 2 β Begin the Harbour Sauce
Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan.
Cook the onion for 4β5 minutes until softened.
Add the garlic and chilli flakes.
Cook for 1 minute.
