Makes: 1 Cocktail
Ingredients
- 50ml mead
- 25ml vodka
- 150ml ginger beer
- 15ml fresh lime juice
- Ice cubes
Garnish
- 1 lime wheel
- Fresh mint sprig
Method
- Fill a copper mug or tall glass with ice.
- Pour in the mead, vodka and fresh lime juice.
- Top with the ginger beer.
- Stir gently to combine without losing the fizz.
- Garnish with a lime wheel and fresh mint before serving.

For an even colder drink, chill your mug or glass in the freezer for 15 minutes before serving.
