Ingredients
- 750ml white grape juice
- 500ml sparkling water
- 2 pears, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 3 rosemary sprigs
- 200g frozen green grapes
Method
- Add grape juice, pear, lemon and rosemary to a large pitcher.
- Chill for at least 1 hour so the orchard flavours mingle.
- Add frozen grapes in place of ice.
- Top with sparkling water immediately before serving.
Alchemist’s Tip
Remove rosemary after two hours to keep the flavour gentle. Frozen pear cubes are a useful ice substitute.
Serving & Storage
