Ingredients
- 250ml tart cherry juice
- 250ml tonic water
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp vanilla syrup
- Ice
- Fresh cherries or lime wheels
Method
- Fill two tall glasses with ice.
- Stir the cherry juice, lime juice and vanilla syrup together.
- Divide between the glasses and top with tonic water.
- Garnish and serve while the comet trail still sparkles.
Alchemist’s Tip
Use unsweetened cherry juice for the cleanest flavour. A rosemary sprig makes a fragrant garnish.
