    Ingredients<\/h2>
    • 2 tbsp tamarind paste<\/li>
    • 300ml chilled sparkling water<\/li>
    • 120ml orange juice<\/li>
    • 1 tbsp ginger syrup<\/li>
    • 1 tbsp honey<\/li>
    • Ice and orange slices<\/li><\/ul>

      Method<\/h2>
      1. Warm the tamarind, honey and ginger syrup with 2 tbsp water until smooth, then cool.<\/li>
      2. Divide the tamarind mixture and orange juice between two ice-filled goblets.<\/li>
      3. Top slowly with sparkling water and stir once.<\/li>
      4. Garnish with orange slices and serve immediately.<\/li><\/ol>

        For a sharper potion, add a squeeze of lime. Replace honey with maple syrup for a darker finish.<\/p>
